Stretches

Perform stretches daily on each side, unless otherwise instructed. Hold stretches for 1-2 minutes while breathing, within comfort. You should feel a light burn, and over time may be able to deepen the stretch if your muscles permit. Please perform stretches slowly, while getting into and out of position. 

Select the appropriate stretches through the 'Stretches' menu above.
