Guidance for Stretching
Stretches are most effective when performed slowly, consistently, and with awareness. Unless otherwise instructed, stretches may be completed daily on both sides.

Hold each stretch for 1 minute, breathing comfortably throughout. You should feel a gentle to moderate sensation—never sharp pain. As your body allows, depth may gradually increase over time.
​
Move into and out of each position with care, allowing your body to respond without force.​
